    A Walter Browne Classic

Here is a famous game by Browne that was played in the 1975 US championship in the college town of Oberlin, Ohio. At the time this tournament was played, I was living a few miles from Oberlin and so got to witness the entire tournament.  It was quite a thrill as the small town made a big deal out of the event and we spectators got to interact with some of the best U.S. players of the day.
