    King Base

KingBase is a free database of over 1.9 million games played after 1990 and is usable with most free and commercial chess programs. Periodically new chess games are added, existing entries are revised and duplicated games are removed.  The games are mainly collected from the websites of various tournaments and TWIC archives.
The most recent database for example, not counting updates, contains nearly 106,000 games from 2016 and nearly 3,500 from this year. Over 16,000 additional games from this year available for update. No annotated games. No games with less than 6 moves. No games before 1990. No games with ELO-rating < 2000. Formats: SCID, CBV and PGN.
