    Salo Flohr

    I came across an excellent article by Jeremy Silman at Chessdotcom on one of the lesser known greats of yesteryear that you should read.  Article on Flohr  In the following game he makes quick work of Milner-Barry.

    1. Mr T: you might want to investigate the chess players at Bletchley Park in the Second World War. I noticed two pages on the internet written by Milner-Barry about Alexander released by the censors. Turing was a chess player as well (but to all accounts, not a very good one).
